Hi, I’m Rhiannon

I run a consultancy that helps businesses grow, develop great leaders, and create inspiring, people-centred cultures. With over 20 years of experience in HR, Leadership Development, and Talent Management, I’ve worked and seen it all with large corporations.
 
From being trusted and empowered to feeling micromanaged and undervalued – these experiences have shaped the way I approach leadership development and organisational growth today.

I’m passionate about people. I believe that every individual has the potential to grow and be the best version of themselves. But I also know that to unlock that potential, businesses need to rethink their approach to leadership and talent development.
 
Too often, I saw companies prioritising efficiency, productivity, and career advancement, while the human element was left behind. That’s why I started Blue Grape Talent – to help organizations put the “human” back into HR and create leadership cultures that truly inspire and develop their people.

I’m passionate about finding new and innovative ways to help people learn, develop, and grow. After all, learning doesn’t always have to mean training – it’s about creating the right environment for people to evolve.

On a personal note, I’m also a mum to a wonderful daughter and a proud owner of three (slightly bonkers) cats. Our household is neurodivergent – both my daughter and I have ADHD – which brings out my creativity, energy, and boldness.
 
When I’m not coaching or working with clients, I love hitting the gym, exploring the outdoors, and finding new ways to channel my boundless energy.
