Introduction

These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Ahead of making any purchase, you will be asked to tick a box on our Site which says “I Accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale”. In ticking that box, you will be accepting the terms set out here.

We are based in the UK and our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislation. We can offer international shipping and our digital documents can be downloaded worldwide.

It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase, we will be happy to assist.

A: Purchase Terms for Services

The details of each specific service and the terms of delivery associated with it are described on each page of the website and delivered in accordance with these terms. You should review those terms in detail before purchasing.

If you purchase as a consumer, rather than a business, then should you change your mind following your purchase you are entitled to a refund within the first 14 days. Should you receive any element of the service prior to requesting a refund then any refund will be issued pro-rata for the services provided.

B: Purchase Terms for Digital Downloads

We have worked hard to create digital products that are of a high standard and support our clients in growing their personal and professional skills.

If you buy access to a digital asset, you will not receive a physical product. You will receive instant access automatically once your payment has been processed. You will access this digital asset via a portal and receive instant access automatically.

Refunds: As you receive this file instantly you will not be entitled to receive a refund so do check that you are purchasing the correct product or service to meet your needs. Your other statutory rights to a refund remain in place in the usual way.

Intellectual Property: Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for both our customised and non-customised products and services. This means that whilst you are free to use the download digitally or print out a copy for personal use you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our products with third parties.

Important Disclaimers: Please be aware that you are purchasing a digital product only. You will not receive a physical product and there will be no 1:1 or group training. Should you require further support get in touch and we can advise you of the options to work with us further, additional fees will apply.

Whilst a number of our clients have obtained great results from using our products, we cannot guarantee outcomes or results of any kind.

Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund which are not set out above you should email rhiannon@bluegrapetalent.co.uk to set out your refund request.

All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.

C: Purchase Terms for Online Coaching Programmes

We have worked hard to create coaching programmes that are of a high standard and support our clients in growing their personal and professional skills.

If you buy access to a coaching programme, you will not receive a physical product. You will access this coaching programme via a portal sent to you via email to the email address which you registered to make the purchase. In order to access the Programme, You will need to create an account on the Platform, which You will access by inputting a username and password.

The precise content of the Online Coaching Programmes provided varies from programme to programme and may include:

Live Coaching Sessions via Zoom (or such other online platform as We may determine from time to time)
Access via the Platform to the Programme Materials
Access to a private Slack group (or such other online platform as We may determine from time to time)
The opportunity to attend (either in person or online) any Live Events which We may choose to provide.

We shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the general description of the Programme which appears on Our Site and/ or the Platform corresponds to the actual Programme that will be provided to You. However, We reserve the right to update and/or change the precise nature and contents of the Programme from time to time, at Our sole discretion.

Refunds: Once you have made your purchase you will not be entitled to a refund if you change your mind. Your other statutory rights to a refund remain available.
